On the morning of our wedding — literally on our way to get married — disaster struck. We accidentally broke a rose in our bouquet and I was panicking. I called them at 7am, completely stressed, convinced the bouquet was ruined. Without hesitation, they told us not to worry. They came straight to our hotel and fixed it before we even had to leave for the ceremony. Who does that?! That level of service is unreal. Professional, calm under pressure, and absolutely clutch when it mattered most. Truly badass customer service. They saved our bouquet and our morning. We’ll never forget it!
